Manage reward points accumulation, deductions and adjustments.

Redemption Manager - Manage the redemption of items upon request from customers.  
Redemptions are captured electronically (either online or offline- to be transferred electronically later) are channelled to the various department for processing. Minimise errors without re-entry of order information. Shorter order processing time and faster delivery to customer.

Make ad-hoc adjustment to redemption items such as replacement of redemption due to defective items.
     
Customer Manager -
Manage customers basic information such as personal particulars, billing and shipping address and contact.
